Effective October 15, 2026 · PoolDrive, developed by PoolTroniCs · contact: [email protected]
What we collect
- Account: e-mail, password (we keep only a hash, never the password), language, sign-up date and last access.
- Your PCs running PoolDrive: PC name, PoolDrive version, Windows version, number of drives and their types (Google Drive, OneDrive, SFTP, FTP, SMB) and the days on which the app reached the server.
- Security: IP address and time of sign-ups, sign-ins and failed attempts.
We do not collect file or folder names, the content of your files, or the passwords and tokens of your clouds: they stay on your PC only.
How we use it
- To let you use PoolDrive (the app requires an account).
- To know how many people use PoolDrive, which versions and drive types, to improve the project.
- To send confirmation, password-reset and password-changed e-mails.
- To protect the service against abuse.
Google user data
When you mount a Google Drive, PoolDrive accesses your Google files directly from your PC, with your authorization, only to show them as a disk in Windows. That data never goes through the PoolDrive server and is not shared with anyone. PoolDrive's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data. We use providers only to run the service: Cloudflare (network, protection and bot check) and Amazon Web Services (e-mail delivery).
Cookies
Essential cookies only: sign-in session, form protection and chosen language. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. When you delete the account, we erase your personal data; the per-day usage numbers become anonymous.
Your rights
You can see the connected PCs, change your data and delete your account at any time in My account. For anything else, write to [email protected].
